 I hereby transfer to REBECCA VITSMUN an irrevocable non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, or modify the written work(s), image(s), and/or art object(s) [hereinafter, called scan(s)] in its entirety or portions thereof for the purposes of publication and promotion in the print and digital versions for the “I’M ACTUALLY AN ATHEIST/ REBECCA VITSMUN DESIGN CONTEST”.

 

 I understand and agree that unless I win the contest, I hereby waive any right to any form of compensation, financial or otherwise, for the use of the scan(s) to be displayed, reproduced, or used for promotional purposes.

 

 I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve any copy that is used in connection with the scan(s) and release and discharge REBECCA VITSMUN of the scans(s) for the purposes described above, including any claims for libel, invasion of privacy or breach of copyright.

 

 Any image(s), titles, phrases, etc. (hereafter referred to as “Artwork”) sent to REBECCA VITSMUN & the “I’M ACTUALLY AN ATHEIST/REBECCA VITSMUN DESIGN CONTEST” to be reproduced, must not have Copyrights or Trademarks.

 

 I certify that any Artwork submitted has not been obtained from the internet or any source other than my own creation.

 

 I will be held responsible if any such Artwork is sent to REBECCA VITSMUN.

 

 I hereby certify that I, as artist or creator, relinquish the entire exclusive copyright of the material to REBECCA VITSMUN.
